Africana Coffee Shop was born from a simple conviction: the finest coffee in the world grows on African soil, and it deserves to be celebrated with the same reverence it receives at home.

We partner directly with smallholder farms across Ethiopia, Kenya, and Tanzania — ensuring fair wages, sustainable practices, and beans that carry the terroir of volcanic highlands and equatorial sun. Back in our Glendale kitchen, our bakers prepare injera, pastries, and sweets from scratch each morning, honoring recipes passed down through generations.
